Quotations provided by BLUE Laser PTY LTD are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quotation must be made in writing. Any alterations to the scope of the quotation may result in changes to the pricing.

Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of the sale. Full payment must be received prior to the dispatch of goods unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest or administrative charges. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or other specified methods.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to stock availability and external factors. BLUE Laser PTY LTD is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or acts of nature. Freight and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise specified. Risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser upon dispatch of goods.

Goods may only be returned if faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To initiate a return, a return authorisation must be obtained from BLUE Laser PTY LTD. All returned goods must be in original condition and packaging. Restocking fees may apply for non-faulty returns, and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of returned goods.

All machinery and spare parts sold are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Repairs conducted by BLUE Laser PTY LTD are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of completion unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

BLUE Laser PTY LTD will perform repair services with due skill and care. Any estimates for repair completion times are indicative and not binding. Customers will be informed of additional repair costs beyond the initial quote before proceeding. Repaired items are subject to the same warranty exclusions as new goods.

To the extent permitted by law, BLUE Laser PTY LTD’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price of faulty goods or services. Under no circumstances shall BLUE Laser PTY LTD be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, profit, or data.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and technical documentation, remains the sole property of BLUE Laser PTY LTD unless explicitly transferred in writing. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the equipment and goods purchased from BLUE Laser PTY LTD comply with the workplace, health, safety, and regulatory requirements of their specific jurisdiction or territory. BLUE Laser PTY LTD shall not be held liable for non-compliance with local regulations.

Any confidential information shared between BLUE Laser PTY LTD and the purchaser, including pricing, technical details, and proprietary knowledge, must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
